OUR FOUNDER
Gina is the Founder of C2 Staffing. Gina is a natural connector, quintessential people person who began and developed her career in talent management within the food trading and supply chain industries while earning her BBA in Professional Sales from Kennesaw State University where she also did an international sales study abroad to Athens, Greece.
She integrated her talents, experiences, entrepreneurial spirit and flair for innovation together to create C2 Staffing where she has curated a highly talented team of recruiters that place top talent with the world’s most celebrated brands.
She has worked with start-ups, mid-size, and Fortune50 companies in the healthcare, fashion, interior design, beauty, and international food and logistics industries.
She has successfully placed candidates in sales procurement, digital and traditional marketing, product development, technology, creative services, and design. She has managed talent in San Francisco, Buenos Aires, Puerto Rico, and Atlanta.
She is the Founder of “The Gratitude School” via Pencils of Promise, a “non-profit organization that brings sustainable education to Ghana, Laos, and Guatemala.
She has lived in Madrid, Spain and Mumbai, India, and speaks fluent Spanish.
